Franchise FAQ
Do I need food & beverage experience?
No. The two-week training covers dough, bake, counter and ops. You need to be hands-on, organised and genuinely hungry. Owner-operators strongly preferred over silent investors.
Can I open a delivery-only spot?
Yes. The kiosk format (25 m², pickup and delivery only) has lower investment and works well in dense neighbourhoods. The full shop format adds a counter and seats for the queue.
Can I own more than one Kuki?
Area agreements are available after your first spot proves itself for six months. Several of the cities on our list can hold two.
Which cities are you looking at?
Kifisia, Neos Kosmos and Glyfada in Athens, Thessaloniki up north, and Manchester in the UK is already in the works. Other cities are considered case by case. Your suggestion might beat our list.
How involved is the founder?
Very. Every site gets a personal visit, every opening gets the social push, and every location's first batch gets tasted and rated. If it's not an 8/10, it doesn't open that day.
