From FYP to front door

  1. late 2023

    The video

    One chocolate-chunk cookie, one bad kitchen light, two million views. The comments demanded a shop. Repeatedly. In caps.

  2. spring 2024

    The pop-up

    A weekend pop-up with 400 cookies. Sold out in three hours. We apologised, baked double, and sold out in three hours again.

  3. autumn 2024

    Kuki ATH · Ilion

    The first real shop, on Κωλέττη 11. Checkerboard floor, one oven, the mascot on every box. The queue arrived before the sign did.

  4. 2025

    Kypseli, Panormou, Piraeus

    Three more spots, plus city-wide delivery. A quarter of a million cookies out the door and a box design people frame. We've seen the photos.

  5. 2026

    Your city?

    The franchise program opens: Kifisia, Neos Kosmos, Thessaloniki and Glyfada are next, and Manchester is warming up the oven. This could be you.

The rules we bake by

Fresh or nothing

Dough made daily, baked through the day in small batches. Nothing sits overnight. Day-old Kukis legally don't exist.

Real ingredients

Real butter, real chocolate, real fruit. If we can't pronounce it in Greek or English, it doesn't go in the dough.

8/10 minimum

Every batch gets tasted and rated. Below an 8, it never leaves the kitchen. Someone has to eat the evidence. We manage.
